Mr. Hoyle is a company Vice President and has served as the Director of BDR’s Financial Recovery Services (FRS) Division since its inception in 2007. With a background in finance and accounting, Mr. Hoyle developed the FRS Division to provide grant funding consultation in a holistic manner, focusing on funding alternatives and financial redundancy. Redundancy is achieved through leveraging grants or drawing upon multiple funding sources to finance a single project. In order to maximize the subsidy realized from grant opportunities, Mr. Hoyle works with clients to assess and memorialize their long-term goals, objectives, and vision for grant-funded project initiatives. Mr. Hoyle brings a unique perspective to the industry of grant application, administration, and management that is rooted in post-disaster field response and recovery.
Prior to developing and managing the FRS Division, Mr. Hoyle was a Director in BDR’s Program Management Services Division, which focuses on post-disaster debris removal monitoring, housing demolition monitoring, and various other reconstruction field service applications. In this role Mr. Hoyle worked as a member of the team tasked with developing and implementing BDR’s Recovery Management Suite (BRMS™) of applications, a web-based, relational database and document management system used for the purposes of tracking and reporting the progress of grant-funded projects.
