Mr. Hoyle is a Vice President and serves as BDR's Director of Field Services. He has an extensive understanding of the evolution of FEMA regulations, protocols, processes and guidance with respect to homeland security, disaster preparedness, response and recovery. Mr. Hoyle brings a wealth of knowledge of FEMA’s Public Assistance Program including funding alternatives, offering clients access to additional reimbursement funds from agencies such as the Federal Highway Administration, Department of Natural Resources, National Resource Conservation Service, the Environmental Protection Agency and other state and local sources.
With a strong background in computer science and finance, Mr. Hoyle is responsible for establishing database protocols and procedures to ensure the integrity of field data recorded throughout the response and recovery process. He has had extensive involvement in the development of BDR Recovery Management System, a proprietary suite of relational database applications to improve the speed, accuracy and management of data following a disaster. |
