Through its state-of-the-art BDR Recovery Management Suite (BRMS), BDR helps clients streamline a complex process.  We assist them in maintaining efficient records of post-event response activities by developing and maintaining databases to document all field operations.  Our meticulous attention to detail and technical expertise helps to ensure that contractors are properly paid, purchase orders are properly management and that maximum reimbursement is obtained by the client. 

BRMS is comprised of the following four separate applications:

• LaborTrac™ – utilizes biometric fingerprint technology to more accurately monitor and document time and materials contracts for 72-hour response work and service contracts such as monitoring.
• TruckTrac™ – through the use of a laser distance meter, TruckTrac™ utilizes laser technology to more accurately measure and certify the volumetric capacity of debris removal hauling vehicles with greater efficiency and precision.
• TicketTrac™ – achieves paperless, electronic data collection using rugged handheld units which are supported by wireless data synchronization, GPS, geo-fencing and encrypted smart card technology.
• RecoveryTrac™ – an SQL relational database that houses and manages the data collected through its sister applications.  This powerful application contains modules for managing debris hauling vehicle certifications, collection ticket information, contactor invoices, FEMA project worksheets and many other data points.
