Data Management
The management of critical data during disaster response operations can be an overwhelming task for an organization. Unfortunately, failure to maintain proper records can overburden internal staff, slow contractor payments and jeopardize reimbursement from FEMA and other funding agencies.
BDR has developed LaborTrac, TruckTrac, TicketTrac and RecoveryTrac, collectively known as the BDR Recovery Management Suite or BRMS. BRMS is a state-of-the-art suite of four highly integrated electronic applications and hardware designed to automate and enhance the collection and processing of data generated during the course of monitoring debris removal operations. In addition to the efficiencies that LaborTrac, TruckTrac, TicketTrac and RecoveryTrac provide in the collection and processing of data, BRMS ultimately delivers a project closeout database to the applicant that will prove invaluable through the various levels of regulatory audits facing the applicant for years to come.
